From Here to Always is one of those pieces.
I wanted to create something for you.
At its heart, this original contemporary landscape art is about deep connection — the kind that is not undone by distance or time. It reflects the strength, love, joy and shared history between two people, and the enduring thread that continues to bind them, even when life pulls in different directions.
I wanted to create something that speaks of sanctuary. Not the sanctuary of four walls, but the kind rooted in love — in the quiet anticipation of a future shaped by resilience, hope and belonging.
It felt important that the materials carried that meaning too. The two pieces of salvaged oak came from the land itself, joined with ink and natural earth pigments. Two separate pieces, connected through the grain of the wood, the rich patina of oak, and grounding layers of landscape and season. Just like the connection it represents — individual, yet woven together.
It brings a tactile, heart-warming presence to ground your beautiful natural interior — your space, within the landscapes of your life. Handmade wall art, rooted in the honesty of raw materials and the quiet beauty of the British landscape.
